You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return unsuitable items back to us. If 14 days have passed by since you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.

All items purchased on can be returned. To be eligible for a return, the item must not be used and returned in the same condition - including all labels, hang tags and the original packaging - as when you received it. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase which is included in the package sent to you.

To ensure a smooth process, please include your order number, the item number of the return product which is listed in the invoice and your contact telephone number. Customer Service will contact you confirm your return request. Our designated courier service will then pick up the return package at your requested address. Shipping fees on all returns are free to the customer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you shortly when your refund will be processed. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of the item(s) will be credited to your original payment method. The credited amount should be processed by PayPal or the credit card company within 14 days. Once the refund process is completed, we will send you an email notification.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
